Virad Gupta

Virad Gupta joined Omnicell in April 2020. As Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer, Mr. Gupta is responsible for all engineering functions, spearheading the development of technology for Omnicell’s comprehensive portfolio of products and services. These include all software applications, the cloud platform, robotics, and automation systems. He has a strong background in building systems and enterprise-grade software platform and applications. Prior to joining Omnicell, Mr. Gupta held several senior engineering management positions at Oracle, GE Digital (Oil and Gas), AT&T Bell Labs/Octel, and Hughes Software Systems. He has an MSc (Tech) Computer Science degree from Birla Institute of Technology & Science (BITS), Pilani in India.
